PRANGÉのアイコニック、
スーパーロングピアス。
今回は、紫がかった深紅が印象的なロードライトガーネットを使用しています。

ガーネットは、アメジストのように石が好きな方にとって馴染み深い存在。
私にとってもこれまで注目することの少なかった石でしたが、このガーネットは特別でした。
細かなカットが施され、
光を内に宿したように輝くその姿は、
希少石にも勝るほどの存在感を放ちます。

使用した石の数は過去最多、
細工の精密さもこれまでで一番。
気の遠くなる様な紡ぐ作業も
私にとっては至福の時間。
じっくりと丁寧に石と対話しながら
制作いたしました。

長さは約17cm。
一見すると長めに感じられるかもしれませんが、これは計算されたバランス。
石の重みで自然にまっすぐ落ち、
顔まわりを邪魔することなく、
ビロードのようにしなやかにラウンドします。
そのため驚くほど軽やかで、
着け心地も抜群です。

冬の装いに凛とした華やぎを添え、

◯ロードライトガーネットは、お写真よりやや明るめのトーンです。太陽光では紫寄り、白熱灯では温かみのある赤として表情を変えます。

通常の金メッキとは違い分厚く14kを圧着させている為、剥がれ落ちる事は殆ど無く、アレルギーに優し素材です。また真鍮と比較すると輝きも長く保てます。10kなどと同様に汗による酸化や経年劣化はあるので、ご使用後に軽く汚れを拭き取ると、より一層長く輝きが保てます。酸化防止の意味では、パッチに入れて保管するのもお勧めです。
